[POC] Convert demcompare notebook to xdem notebook

Context

The purpose of this ticket is to reassure CNES's QI about the API capabilities of xdem compared to demcompare, and also to enable preliminary studies comparing the results. To achieve this, we propose translating the notebook reprojection_and_coregistration.ipynb from demcompare to XDEM APIs.

We propose to prioritize this task as it can serve as training for the new developer.
