Move most of the functionality of sound manager to sound system

Since the inception of the sound manager. The architecture has slightly changed. Most of the functionality should probably go into a sound system.

@einsteinreloaded Nobody is working on it atm. and it might clash with what @ElementW is working on atm. so make sure to coordinate with him.

While it might clash with my work if audio stuff is migrated to an ECS system (which I'm getting rid of), it probably will not if it is refactored/moved to basically any another class.

ECS refactoring is over so this task is on the table again.
