membership form's request field should be hidden in certain contexts

There are contexts in which the 'request membership' field doesn't make sense:

  • creating a group membership as an admin
  • editing a group membership as an admin

Hiding this might be best accomplished by defining some built-in form modes for the membership entity.

Given that PR is already changing 63 files, this might be best left as a follow-up.

About 30 of this files are just tests that have an extra dependency to 'options'.
