3rd party OG permissions don't say which module they are from

I'm running off a number of PRs, so the problem with the 3rd party appearing in the form is to do with one of those, but it seems that PermissionEvent doesn't have anything to determine which module provided a permission.

@joachim-n you will like 2d73cce. It doesn't automatically pick up the group, but at least it allows custom modules to identify themselves. Feedback is welcome
