Donations verification service has stopped working

Describe the bug It seems that there are a few donations that are missing in the UI.

I will add more cases to this issue as they come up across the support channels.

no log of donation service since 3 days

We are not able to verify donations since 3 days and they are stuck as pending

we have saved the donation in the back-up service

We can close this one, I tested yesterday on production and made at least 12 donations with no issue
