network fee estimation on xdai is wrong

testing on next.giveth.io and giveth.io

when making a donation to a project it estimates the gas price in $$ dollars based on the gwei/xdai amount - however since I'm on xdai this would be < $0.01 - something is not being calcualted correctly -

also should add a space between Netwrok Fees and ? (the tooltip marker)
