GIV icon is missing some punch

As a user I would expect the GIV badge to be interactive in a way, i.e. behave as a button - change my cursor (like other buttons) and ideally also display an info tooltip when I linger around this mysterious number. And then take me somewhere - the GIVeconomy?, my wallet view? (I would expect wallet) and further infos there.
