Add explain on High 5 page about unlisted situation

When a project is created we should have a little bit of text on the page explaining that their project will be unlisted... maybe with "?" and a popup w more details.

@markoprljic can you add this into the new design?

@laurenluz to write popup text (basically saying that projects will be reviewed by an admin and then will be listed if its meets the critera... until then, projects are only accessible via URL... we can add link to https://docs.giveth.io/dapps/listedUnlisted
