2. It's challenging to give feedback because of having to create a git hub account (it doesn't re direct you to this form)

4. Torus Clarification (It's complicated and difficult to understand as a first time user) - It would be great to add a message box to create clarity of each step

1 - We are currently working on integrating a "rich text editor" very similar to this one here in GitHub that will enable to attach pictures and videos to a campaign. 2 - The plan is to have more than one way to get support/give feedback. Some of them are not implemented yet (direct chat for example) and we are also reworking the way these are presented to the user. 3 - We agree. The update section of a campaign can be used for this and we would love for projects to use them more. If your project needs individual milestones with individual funding I would advise you to join us https://giveth.io/join/ in discord and talk directly to us - we have another application - Giveth TRACE - that offers more complexity than giveth.io, including support for milestones. 4 - We are only getting started with documentation and user support with little info snippets on the page - also Tor.US is constantly improving their onboarding experience - thank you for highlighting your issue.
