Project search function is nearly useless

Describe the bug When trying to search for a specific project, Giveth does not return as expected. It seems that the search function will only return projects if you type the name of the project exactly, completely and including cases sensitivity.

For example... when I search "digital", I get 0 projects found

When I search "street musician", I only get 3 Giving Block projects returned.

Under both circumstances I would expect this project is shown in the search results in both cases: https://giveth.io/project/digital-street-musician-doing-free-live-concerts

this is not the only project that I experience this with. Thankfully, I have access to the adminbro and can find projects that way but most users to not have this capability.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://giveth.io/projects
2. search for "digital"
3. You will see that this project is not included in the results

Expected behavior Giveth should pull results from all projects containing the word "digital" in their title or in their project description
