when people click disburse or collect the status becomes "paid" even tho it should be pending

People actually don't get paid when they click the button, the payment is still pending the security guard's process on mainnet... so the payment from the user's perspective is Pending (72 hour check)... it should switch to paid when it actually leaves the bridge and goes to the user's wallet!
