Split up 'My Milestones' into 'My Milestones' and 'My reviews'

Current behavior:

• If I accept a milestone proposed to my campaign and I'm not the reviewer it just disappears
• If I am the reviewer of a Milestone it just disappears after I have reviewed it, can't see it again

Desired behavior:

• both should be stored under 'My reviews' (or similar title) to keep transparency and take away confusion (these are not 'My Milestones'
• keep tabs active, cancelled, completed

It makes sense to separate it and keep track of your old milestones. The only issue I have with it is that we kinda tried it and it is annoying to check the tabs. I guess we could finally implement the badges on the tabs that would notify you how much actions you need to take.

Tell me more about badges please? What kind of badges / labels are you thinking to have here?

I don't see a major technical implementation issue here, but a lot of direct benefit to users. I'm voting to bump this up and implement it. @krrisis @vojtechsimetka I'd just like to discuss possible labels/badges OR just tabs under My Milestones.

I also see this related to this issue https://github.com/Giveth/giveth-dapp/issues/782 Maybe we can get both done in one stroke.
