The front-end couldn't fetch donations from backend for some reason but it should show the error just once. Fixed in PR #2490

The error wasn't related to the delegation but it would cause misunderstanding so I changed the error message as well.

This error is shown when there are some problems with fetching donations. You can test it by changing some lines of code. @aminlatifi may help on testing this issue.
