Links in notifications after campaign creation do not work

View Transaction links doesn't work in toast after tx is mined.

AfterCreate and AfterMined functions should be revised in all kind of projects

PR #2482 For testing:

  1. Redirect to campaign page after edit/create campaign
  2. Fix tx Url in toast notification after edit/create campaign
  3. Archiving Trace when current User is not Trace owner, should work fine
