Archive should be renamed

My best word is "End Funding" but its not good enough! Either way, in #980 we are extending the Archive functionality to capped milestones (with no reviewer) and it should probably have a better name

I saw some "Completed" somewhere on the dapp sometimes, or "Finished" could be good wording for this i think!
