@lindsayad please let me know the path forward here. If you want the generator to error if the coarsening is not good for the mesh, I ll refactor the diagnostics...

Added the error. If there's pre-existing non-conformality it will error too, cant discriminate unless I figure out more logic that happens during the coarsening 'sweep'
