Nuts needs to bump the octocat dep rev

Version 0.12.1 of octocat is currently available and is required in order to configure Nuts to support GHE. Version 0.10.2 of octocat currently in the package.json dependencies does not work. Can we get this bumped so we don't have to clone and manually force a newer version and can instead just use the published docker container version? Thanks!
