[Question] What are the steps to self host?
The readme says:
This project allows you to self-host the rendering portion of your GitBook published content
...but I don't see instructions for how to do so.
We are interested in doing this because our product needs to work completely offline (although we still want to use the gitbook saas for online deployment and authoring). How can this be accomplished?
+1 for this question
You should be able to deploy this repo once you’ve got it forked and running locally - you can deploy on any service you’d like, such as vercel, cloudflare, etc
@addisonschultz when you say "should", do you mean that the gitbook org should make this possible, or that doing this is already possible/easy? If the latter, what do you see as the steps?
While I haven't been able to get the production version working locally (Invalid request when trying to load pages) I did find the old config information before the README was changed. Sadly those config values are no longer relevant.
