Exception: Requested value 'Bot' was not found.

I'm not able to build on VS 2017 (https://github.com/GitTools/GitReleaseNotes/issues/113)

But after upgrading to Fody.1.29.4 I can build again.

However running the GitReleaseNotes command throws an exception

{"Requested value 'Bot' was not found."} System.Exception {System.ArgumentException}

Seems related to https://github.com/github/VisualStudio/issues/1098 ?
