Need RH to recognize when in iframe to properly extract the elements/highlights

If text you want to highlight is in an iframe, RH will not pick it up. Likely because it is interacting with the main document as opposed to the iframe document when manipulating elements.

Here is an example. The comments at the bottom are in an iframe that cannot highlight.
