Block reference does not work on Mac os

I try to use option + drag to make a block reference but it does not work.

Could you please record a short video showing what happens? Also does the regular drag to Move a block and the Shift + Drag to copy a block work?

The undo is supposed to work like that. You moved a line to a file so for that file if you undo it reverts back to before you moved that line there. Also if you go to the source file/pane where you dragged it from, if you undo it there it will bring back the line you moved. This is not something I can control… it is an obsidian thing.
