API improvment for migration : contextCommits, awardEmojis and stars

For a migration process from gitea to gitlab I needed support for additionnal methods in the lib to be able

  • to migrate starred project from users #791
  • to complete commit lists from PR when PR migration was uncomplete, through context Commits #792
  • append awardEmojis on issues and PR as well on notes from these #793 and #794
