[checklist view] Toogle done/undone in view mode

Would be great to have optionally a done/undone toogle in view mode and it should be activated through the whole line. View mode is more compact and while shopping in a supermarket using view mode is a lot easier. In a supermarket it's not needed to edit text or move items up/down. It's more likely to be disturbed when the keyboard appears because the text was accidentally selected on a big phone.

Because of this I still use Nextcloud Notes for shopping lists.
