Further testing shows that token + dummy flow works by not supplying an email during create account. However, token + email.identity flow failed.

Got around to try CamillaDSP - It's quite tricky to set up, so I think having PEQ built in to Squeezelite is still useful. Forgot to mention that I use...

FYI, FLAC streaming is possible with Aurora.js handling the browser-side decoding.
