Watched Repos list doesn’t contain full list of watched repos.

Describe the bug Watched Repos list doesn’t contain full list of watched repos, nor does it load it once the end of the list has been reached.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click ‘Inbox’
2. Select ‘Repos’
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the presented list of repos and find that many are missing, in my case it shows only 30 of my 588 watched repos.

Expected behavior To paginate the list of watched repos once the bottom of the list was reached.
