I've found two additional issues with this:

1. Opening the long text, then toggling the predictive option in the stock keyboard, causes the height to be miscalculated like above. (iPhone 7, iOS 12.2, v. 1.27.2)
2. Opening the long text outright causes it to be clipped below the textActionsController, with no predictive option enabled beforehand. (iPhone XR, iOS 13, v. 1.28.0)

In your case though, it looks like the height of the entire keyboard isn't being sent properly. In the ScrollViewKeyboardAdjuster, it relies on iOS to send the keyboard frame over, so maybe there's an issue with how it handles third party keyboards?
