Create menu within OTHER tab to access style file

Instead of having to enter the actual code to change around the personalization, add a drop down menu in OTHER that allows you to make those changes within the app.

If possible -- render those changes without having to restart the application. (Maybe further down the road so perhaps focus on the first part of the issue first).

For clarification it would be a tab in the dropdown menu that opens the styleFile right?
