Feature request : open gitfiend in this folder

In Xfce you can make custom actions (right mouse click).

We have a custom actions to open thunar in a particular folder

thunar %f

If gitfiend could do the same we can open gitfiend when navigating over all our githubs. Choose the one we need and with right-mouse-click open the github.

ps. I am the maintainer of your application for all Arch Linux based systems on AUR.

Hey @arcolinuxz. Thanks for making GitFiend available to AUR users. If there's something I could do that would help, let me know.

Do you mean something like this: image ? (This opens your chosen remote in your default web browser)

I've just been working on that in the last few days. I have also been thinking about adding a way to create your own custom actions. This would allow you to open your repo in another app such as a terminal.

Not really. You need to make it possible we can add something behind your application gitfiend /home/erik/test would open a github in xfce you can make custom actions - that would be very handy.

What is missing as well is the ability to drop a github folder on your application. It will then automatically know to open that particular folder. You can compare with gitkraken which has that functionality. It is the intuitive thing to do (being an old Mac user) see etcher, imagewriter,... where you drop an iso on an app to burn it on usb

This should already work; I also just tested it now. Unfortunately, there's no --help option.

I agree about being able to drag and drop a folder onto GitFiend. This is something I want to add.
