Simon Game Addition

Description

I'd like to propose adding a Simon game to this repository. Simon is a classic memory game that can be a fun addition for users.

@Git21221 Sure, I am seeing the current Simon Game project isnt working the way it is supposed some I'll make changes in it to fix it.
