[Bug]: distance_to_anomaly: several errors appear in the log view regarding gdal

When using the gdal function EmptyDataException is not raised if Gdal is not availabel

Set the values of min and max Threshold criteria outside the raster range and set the Threshold criteria = "outside"

Expected behavior Raised error "EmptyDataException"

Is this still relevant @okolekar or can this be closed? I think this related to issues importing GDAL tool, so if this is still relevant, let's rename the issue accordingly
