Can you record your screen with `Win + G` and upload it here? Maybe we have the same issue.

Some `.prev` and especially `.pri` files are created by Windows natively, for example in System32 folder, so according to WizTree with filter "*.prev" this seems be everything.

### Update: i updated to the latest version v0.19.1-beta0 and the scan finishes after 5 minutes. At least it seems to work now. Still slower compared to SD maid 1...
