notificationBlacklist seems not to work anymore

1. When you have somebody with notificationBlacklist events they still show up.

question: do I have to put the name of the blacklisted event (birthday, anniversary, other) in English, or in the language of my contact (anyway, both don't seem to work, it still adds the Blacklisted event to my e-mail)

2. Also it seems that it puts the anniversaries under the titles custum events
