Fix wrong placement of Foldpanelbar Arrow icons

[Correct-Syntax]

In the Properties panel, the Foldpanelbar arrow icons positioning get messed up somehow. This is especially bad on Linux where they look very non-center.

This is likely an upstream issue with gswidgetkit.
