Input field doesn't update (single character selected)

Steps for reproduce

1. Open datepicker step_1

2. Open timepicker step_2

  1. Select one symbol in a minutes value and change it (timepicker value is update too) step_3

  2. Select one symbol in timepicker minutes value (date in input filed update too) step_4

  3. Then select one symbol in a minutes value and change it again (timepicker value doesn't update) 2018-04-26 08-39-22

Can we fix this?
