One or more of the project's CMake or Makefiles is resetting `-Wall` after the Fedora CFLAGS are set, it might need to be patched? I can look into which one.

Is this Electron? If so it needs to be in Mock or it will intermittently or completely fail especially if it's using NPM. It's some stupid stuff with NPM's runtime.
