Still does not work (accelerometer values are not displayed at the bottom of the screen). I'll try to give you some better feedback using a debugger this evening !

I did not check your code yet, but there is slight difference in implementation between Chrome and Firefox on DeviceOrientationEvent (spec is still a draft): you may want to check https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/DeviceOrientationEvent
