Gif pasted into MS Teams doesn't play
Gif pasted into MS Teams doesn't play. i need to manually download this file into my pc, i cant play it directly in MS teams chat pasted in. Workaround is open the recorded gif file in MacOS Preview app , and save it again. There is some issue with coding probably.

Hey @jimicze, this shouldn't be the issue with the GIF itself – it either works or doesn't – but with specific apps where you're using it. From quick Googling, the auto-play might be turned off for your team, see the last page here:
I went to Settings > Appearance and accessibility > Animation and unchecked Turn off animations, then animated GIFs worked again.
There are also some tips on the first page how to try to fix this differently.
This is nothing dealing with auto-play. Other gifs works normally. Captured gifs by other apps works directly after paste. Only Gifox has issues. When i do manual editing solves the issue.
find out that is happening only when i recording by "window selection" option, and its 2k resolution big.
Thanks for the follow up and details. It's very unlikely to be related to the GIF file itself – a corrupted file with high certainty wouldn't work anywhere at all, not just in a specific app. But different size, resolution, and duration can easily be handled differently by different apps, for example, selectively disabling autoplay for performance optimization.
Can you please check if this happens to smaller (in size and in resolution) recordings? If this is consistent with all Gifox-made GIFs, I'll look closer into this. Otherwise, this might be MS Teams behavior.
