3.10a update made drive sound stop

In 3.10 virtual drive emulated sound through speaker worked fine. Applied the 3.10a update and no more drive sound.also it doesn't say 3.10a anywhere in command layer says 3.10 although I had to reinstalls Roms so assuming that it updated. Did I do something wrong?

And never mind re-re-installed update and it actually did the update...this was a finicky firmware update for me anyway...drive sound is back so please ignore this....
