The demo doesn't detect a disk change. Ultimate2+

This was observed in the "RGB" demo: https://csdb.dk/release/?id=133937

• Changing the disk by entering the U2+ menu and selecting Mount Disk isn't detected by the demo.
• Selecting Mount Disk Read Only is detected (probably every time) and the demo loads.
• Selecting Mount Disk Unlinked is detected sporadically (after several attempts).
• Selecting F5 > Drive A > Remove Disk and then Mount Disk detects the disk change and the demo loads.
• Changing the disk by holding the middle button and changing the disk in any way via Putty works fine.

Difficult to test because you have to watch the entire demo from the first disk, and correct detection of the disk swap is sporadic and random.
