Ultimate64 3.11: GeoRAM disabled at Reset+Run & Reset+Load

Tested with markusC64' georam test https://www.forum64.de/index.php?thread/40134-how-to-detect-size-of-georam/ Selecting the .prg file in the filebrowser and using "Run" or "Load" resets the U64 and disables GEORAM until next manual reboot. (RAM test shows 0 KB) Rebooting the U64 and DMAing the .prg file, then running it shows the GEORAM active with the selected RAM size.

Can also be tested with simply entering "poke 56832,170:print peek(56832)" -> shows 170 after manual reboot and 255 after using "Run" or "Load" on any file.
