Action Menu, some disabled entries can be selected

This is a user interface bug. Not critical.

To reproduce, follow these steps :

• Disable Software IEC
• Then in the action menu (F5) select Software IEC, a submenu opens
• In the submenu, only "Turn On" is enabled, all other items are disabled and can't be selected using cursor keys
• Press F7, this will move selection to last item "UltiCopy 11" which is disabled and you can press enter
• An error occurs because item should not be selected.

Solution : Make F1/F7 to skip disabled items and don't go beyond last enabled item.
