Better documentation to troubleshoot and report missing libraries to the WineHQ team

Let's be real, we all know that this project isn't as stable as the real Photoshop, It has missing features and glitches. But It's not THAT big of a deal! All of these can eventually be fixed with enough bug fixes.

However, we need better documentation to make it easier to troubleshoot problems and most importantly to be able to report missing libraries and calls to the WineHQ team.

The WineHQ team doesn't directly help with custom scripts, but they are definitely willing to implement missing libraries and features, especially If they deem them important.

It would be a huge step up!
