Hi @mykaelefrain Which version are you using, can you provide the full log and steps to reproduce? thanks
Im using Window 10 N version.
I'm installing the app from Microsoft Store.
Try using some mp4 file type video. drag it from explorer to the app to create new wallpaper.
and when it done with its process to create new wallpaper, i just click it and that's where the warning error appear. i try download 1 wallpaper from the community space but still give me the error warning. You can see how many attempts i tried on the log.
i think that's pretty much it.. the whole log just that error warning.

Can you try this version, it's an unpublish version that uses mpv2.dll

Fyi, i have installed some other app that similar to yours, create custom live wallpaper using our own video file and it works, although since i used windows N version, i need to installed the media pack from MS but it works just fine and with no error whatsoever..
i will try this version and let you know..
