ListFieldBloc onValueChanged subscription

Is there any chance to implement that? I can see a RefreshFieldBlocsSubscription event fired on the ListFieldBloc changes but wouldn't it be more consistent to implement onValueChanged() when a fieldBloc is added or removed?
