[Feature Request] Backup solution
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A customizable backup solution that lets you select exactly what to back up—such as app configurations, Docker Compose files, and more. You can schedule backups by choosing specific days, times, and the destination location (e.g. local path, remote storage). Before the backup process, ds would stop the apps, back up, and then services and apps would restart once the backup is complete.

Describe alternatives you've considered Used backup softwares through ds itself but they cannot do it properly.

The backup software needs to stop containers before backing up .config/, especially for database files. However, there is software where you can set this up. In the Discord server, we were talking about this, and this has been successfully tested with both Backrest and Nautical Backup.
Edit: My thinking is that this isn't something that should be built-in to DS, since it can be set up as is now. Why choose the backup solution for the user?
