Describe the bug Mosquitto docker restarts continuously

To Reproduce Install docker with ds -->install app (Mosquitto) immagine

Expected behavior expect Mosquitto start correctly; with "docker ps" I observe this docker is always in restart mode

System same problem on ARM64 2G ram (Armbian bookworm) + Dockstarter Intel N100 (Debian 12 + Dockstarter)
