I'm not opposed to this, but I know nothing about the package manager that's used, and what the most officially supported it recommended method to install docker is. The rest we've pretty much got handled.

so they use the eopkg manager "eopkg install docker" add -y so it installs any requirements

I've got some ideas on how to handle it, but i need to make some changes to get us there. One is already in progress. I'll report back with more info when i get closer.

I do plan to do this, but I have not yet started. This will actually involve a bit of a reworking of how we currently install docker itself, and possibly compose.

Just an update here, I've made some progress in this direction, but it's nowhere near ready yet. It's not off the radar.

https://github.com/GhostWriters/DockSTARTer/pull/1321 This PR is the first step towards DS officially supporting solus. Once that merges I'll still have more work to do, but it opens the door.
