Causes force stop in some Google apps

Works as expected on OOS Android 7.x. It enables location report without causing problems with APN and calling numbers. However, this is not the case with OOS Android 8 anymore, where enabling this module will cause Google Fit to force stop every time it was launched. It does still enable location report though. Now I have no choice but to use the regular root version.

Since xposed doesn't seem to be getting out of beta anytime soon, I think it's not really a good idea to wait till the beta ends.

I'm definitely willing to test new releases or provide logs, just let me know. 說中文也可以的。

Finally thank you so much for creating this module, it really has helped me enjoy the full Google experience in Macau, where location reporting is disabled just like in China.
