APN Settings

After installing, I am unable to connect to APN. When I open APN settings, I get a message "access point name settings are not available for this user"

This once happened to me on Android 5.x. If global prop is changed before mobile network initializes (or if you toggled airplane mode sometimes), auto APN settings cannot detect the correct value, thus leading to a disabled empty UI. After switching to Xposed version it never happened.

It's a hard choice. As the time system intent broadcast received various from different devices even different roms, I can add some code to check the network initialization but it may causes the main function works unstably.

I will try add a service to fix this bug, but I think this will not be enable by default.
