Add URL field to server edit and directconnect fields

In reference to https://github.com/GeyserMC/Geyser/issues/2813 If/when feature is implemented, add a field in the forms to allow users to specify a custom mcpack URL. Maybe even give a list of config defined packs they can choose from as well.
